A Planning Method for Energy Storage System of Integrated Community Energy System Considering Demand Response

Demand response plays a significant role in peak load shifting, storage capacity configuration and renewable energy utilization. A bi-level planning method for system of integrated community considering the demand is proposed this paper. In upper level, investment cost electrical thermal storage, operation maintenance fuel system, as well compensation to consumer, are considered; lower responded consumer taken into consideration minimize bill consumer. An actual shows effectiveness method.
